Deadline has reported that Kaley Cuoco will be voicing Harley Quinn in the upcoming animated series that will be released exclusively on DC Universe. Warner Brothers also provided a trailer for the series, which features Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. Other cast members for the Harley Quinn animated series include: Lake Bell Alan Tudyk Ron Funches J.B. Variety has reported that Jurnee Smollett-Bell and Mary Elizabeth Windstead will be joining the cast of Birds of Prey. For those who are not aware, the film is a live-action adaptation of the Birds of Prey comic series and will be produced by Margot Robbie. Margot Robbie portrayed Harley Quinn in the 2016 Suicide Squad film and will reprise her role in Birds of Prey. Smollett-Bell will be playing Black Canary, while Windstead will be portraying Huntress. Detective Pikachu Live-Action Film Moves to Warner Brothers

Several news outlets have reported that the live-action film adaptation for the Detective Pikachu spin-off video game is moving to Warner Brothers for distribution outside of Japan and China. Toho will continue to distribute the film in Japan. Warner Brothers has announced that Batman: The Complete Animated Series will soon be released as a remastered Blu-ray release. For those who aren’t familiar with the series, Batman: The Animated Series was a series developed by Bruce Timm and Eric Radomski. DC Entertainment has updated their official Youtube channel with a new trailer for Teen Titans Go! to the Movies. The latest trailer features at the premise for the film and features a look at Deathstroke who will played by Will Arnett.  Teeen Titans Go! Cathy Yan to Direct Harley Quinn Spinoff Film

Several new outlets have reported that Cathy Yan is set to direct the next DC spinoff film, which will focus on Harley Quinn.  The film will be based on the Birds of the Prey comic series and Margot Robbie will return to reprise the titular role. LuckyChap Entertainment and Kroll & Co Entertainment will be producing the film alongside Bryan Unkeless’ Clubhouse Pictures.  Seeing as the project is still early in development no other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.


Ava DuVernay to Direct DC’s “New Gods”
