Viz Media Licenses 2 Pokémon Sun & Moon Manga

Viz Media has announced at New York Comic Con 2017 that they have licensed two new Pokémon Sun & Moon Manga titles. The first manga series is the Pokémon Sun & Moon (Pocket Monsters Special Sun Moon) manga series by Hidenori Kusaka and Satoshi Yamamoto.  The second title is Pokémon Horizon: Sun & Moon by Tenya Yabuno.  They have also licensed the Pompom Pokémon craft book. The Pokémon Adventures (Pocket Monsters: Special) manga series’ Sun/Moon arc debuted in the CoroCoro Ichiban! magazine on November 21, 2016. Viz Media Licenses Infini-T Force

Viz Media has recently announced at Anime Weekend Alanta 2017 that they have licensed the Infini-T Force anime series and film.  Under the license Viz media will focus on marketing “digital streaming, electronic sell-through, home video, and merchandise for North America, Latin America and Oceania. Pokémon: Indigo League Blu-Ray Release Announced

Recently pre-orders have opened up at Barnes & Noble, which reveals that VIZ Media will be releasing Pokémon: Indigo League: Season 1 on Blu-ray.  This release marks the first time the English dub of the original season of the anime series has been released in this format.  Season 1 of the original anime series will be released on November 14 priced at the MSRP of $69.99.  Those who are interested can pre-order their copy at the link below.  


Otakon 2017: Sailor Moon SuperS Amazon Trio English Dub Cast Revealed

Over the weekend, Viz Media has announced some new English dub cast members for Sailor Moon SuperS during the Sailor Moon panel at Otakon 2017.  The latest cast reveals are the dub voices for the Amazon trio.   The new cast members include: John Eric: Tiger’s Eye Michael Yurchak: Hawk’s Eye Erik Scott Kimerer: Fish’s Eye  


Stardust Crusaders Heads to Toonami

Over the weekend, it was announced that Jojo Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusader’s dub will be joining the Toonami Line just like its predecessors. Toonami stated the anime would start on July 29. Now we do not know if Toonami will be airing both of Part 3’s seasons or just the first part. Ready for another announcement? Live-Action Tokyo Ghoul Visual Revealed

The official website for the Live-Action film adaptation of Tokyo Ghoul has updated with a new visual for the film. According to ANN the text featured in the visual reads as “,The only entity who knows of the two worlds of humans and ghouls.” The website also revealed some new cast members, which include: Masataka Kubota – Ken Kaneki Fumika Shimizu – Tōka Kirishima Yuu Aoi – Rize Kamishiro Yo Oizumi – Kureo Mado The live-action adaptation of Tokyo Ghoul will premiere in Japanese theaters on July 29.  


Viz Media Announces Splatoon Manga Release

Viz Media has updated their official twitter page with an announcement that they will be releasing the Splatoon manga series. The manga series will be released later this year.  No other details are confirmed so stay tuned for updates. Live-Action Tokyo Ghoul Film Premiere Date Announced

The official website for the Tokyo Ghoul live-action film has updated with the reveal of the premiere date for the film.  The film will premiere on July 29 in Japan. The website also provided two visuals for the film. The cast includes: Yuu Aoi – Rize Kamishiro Nobuyuki Suzuki – Kōtarō Amon Yo Oizumi – Kureo Mado The film is directed by Kentarō Hagiwara and will be distributed by Shochiku.  Masanori Morikawa, a designer for Christian Dada will be working on the costume designs.

Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road “Road to Boruto” Naruto Gameplay Footage Streamed

Bandai Namco Entertainment Japan updated their official Youtube channel with a gameplay trailer for the upcoming DLC expansion to Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4.  The expansion will be released on February 3.   


Naruto The Movie – Boruto Dub Trailer Streamed

Viz Media has posted a Dub trailer for Boruto Naruto the Movie on their official Youtube channel.  The trailer features the voice talents of Amanda Miller (Boruto) , Cherami Leigh (Sarada), and Robbie Daymond (Mitsuki).The film will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on March 28.   With Naruto as the Seventh Hokage, Hidden Leaf Village is planning to host the Chunin Exams to train new shinobi from the village and from their allied villages. Viz Media Announces Sailor Moon R Film US Theatrical Release

Viz Media has recently announced during their Moonlight Party livestream that they will be releasing the Sailor Moon R film in theaters in the US next January.   Similar to many previous Anime films, Eleven Arts will be teaming up with the company to release the film.  The film will also feature the “Make up! Viz Media has recently announced that they will be releasing more Pokemon manga in near future.  Starting in September, Viz will be releasing the first volume of the Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire series on September 1 priced at  $4.99 U.S. ( $5.99 CAN). Bleach to End This Fall with Volume 74

Today (JST), the 73rd volume of Tite Kubo’s long-running Bleach manga revealed the series will concluding in the next volume, which will be sold in fall.
