SDCC 2018: NECA 1990 Movie TMNT Box Set

NECA has recently unveiled one of their exclusives that they will releasing at San Diego Comic Con 2018. As a followup to their previous figure box sets based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, they will now be releasing a set of 7 Inch figures based on the turtles featured in the 1990 live-action film. Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Trailer Streamed

The official Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Facebook page has updated with the first trailer for upcoming series, “Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.” The trailer features a look at the setting of the series and features a look at the main heroes and some of the villains. Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is set to premiere on Nickelodeon this September.

Injustice 2 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Trailer Streamed

The official Injustice Youtube channel has updated with a new trailer for Injustice 2. The latest trailer features a look at the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Those who haven’t been following the franchise, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are a team of turtles in a half shell that consist of Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello.  The turtles will be available for those who purchased the Ultimate Edition or Fighter Pack 3 on February 13. Those who didn’t purchase the Ultimate Edition of the game or Fighter Pack 3 can purchase them on February 20 priced at $9.99.

Cast Members Announced For Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed some of the cast members for Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  For those who are unaware, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the next 2D animated incarnation of the TMNT franchise that will premiere on Nickelodeon in 2018.   The series will be directed by TMNT veteran Rob Paulsen and the series will be co-executive produced by Andy Suirano.  Ant Ward will be working as the supervising producer for the project. SDCC 2017: Ghostbusters/ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Action Figures Announced

Playmates Toys has revealed a new set of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 6 Inch figures that are in Ghostbusters costumes.   Each figure will include their trusty proton pack, other character related specific accessories, and a translucent ghost mini-figure. The team comprises of: Raphael: Winston Zeddemore Leonardo: Ray Stantz Michelangelo: Peter Venkman Donatello: Egon Spengler No other details are confirmed at this time, but expect these figures to be a retailer exclusive if the trend continues.


SDCC 2017: NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Reveals

Toyark has posted images of the NECA booth at San Diego Comic Con 2017.  At the booth new figures based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise.   NECA revealed that they will be releasing Slash, General Traag, and Granitar as a part of the Dimension X Collection.   The figures are made in a retro game style and will be released in 2018.  The company also teased that will be releasing the Shredder and the Foot Clan in 1/4 scale based on the original live-action movie in 2018 as well, however no prototypes of them are revealed at this time.


Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – Wanted: Bebop & Rocksteady DVD Release Announced

Nickelodeon Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Media Distribution have announced the release of the next Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles DVD release.  The next DVD release will be titled “, Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – Wanted: Bebop & Rocksteady,” and will feature brand new episodes of the series before they air on TV.  The DVD will be released this September at the MSRP of $21.99. Tales of TMNT Intro Sequence Revealed

The official TMNT Twitter page has updated with the reveal of the intro sequence for the next and final season of the Nick Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle series.  Unlike the previous intro sequences of the series the final season is drastically different. NYTF 2017: Bluefin S.H.Figuarts Displays

Toyark has recently begun posting photos from the Bluefin booth at this year’s New York Toy Fair.  One of the latest photos features a look at the finalized version of  S.H.Figuarts Shredder.   Although it doesn’t seem that Bluefin has announced any other new S.H.Figuarts releases based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at this time, it is nice to see what the Shredder will most likely look like when he finally releases.
