Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon Trailers Streamed

The official Pokémon Youtube channel has updated with two new trailers for Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon.   The first trailer showcases a few new features and characters that will be featured in the game.  Some highlights include a look at some new areas in the game and a look at Lyranroc’s Dusk Form.  The second trailer features the reveal of Kommo-o’s Z-Move. By using the power of the Kommonium Z, Kommo-o will be able to unleash his Z-Move called Clangorous Soulblaze. Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon will be released for the Nintendo 3DS on November 17.  


Pokkén Tournament DX Scizor Trailer Streamed

The official Japanese Pokémon Youtube channel has updated with a new trailer for Pokkén Tournament DX.  The latest trailer features a look at Scizor.  For those who are unaware Scizor is a playable character who was not available in the original Pokkén Tournament game for the Nintendo Wii U, however he was available as a playable fighter in the arcade version.  Pokkén Tournament DX will be released for the Nintendo Switch on September 22.

The official Japanese Pokémon Youtube channel has updated with a new trailer for Pokkén Tournament DX.  The latest trailer features a look at Darkrai.  For those who are unaware Darkrai is a playable character who was not available in the original Pokkén Tournament game for the Nintendo Wii U, however he was available as a playable fighter in the arcade version.  Pokkén Tournament DX will be released for the Nintendo Switch on September 22.

Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! International Theatrical Release Announced

The Pokémon Company has announced that Fathom Events will be releasing the Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! film internationally.   The film will have a limited time streaming event in “select international markets” on November 5-6. The Pokémon Company also provided a synopsis for the film. Pokkén Tournament DX Trailers Streamed

The official Japanese Pokémon Youtube channel has updated with two new trailers for Pokkén Tournament DX.  The latest trailers features another look at the new features in the Nintendo Switch version of the game and another look at some of the new characters.  Pokkén Tournament DX will be released for the Nintendo Switch on September 22.    


Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You!’s Ending Song Preview Streamed

The official Pokémon Youtube channel has updated with a new trailer for Pokémon the Movie: I Choose You! (Gekijōban Pocket Monster: Kimi ni Kimeta!).  The latest trailer features a preview for the ending theme of the film titled “, Oración Theme: Walk Together” (Oración no Theme ~Tomo ni Arukou~), which is performed by Futoshi of The Aqua Timez. The song was composed and arranged by Akimitsu Honma.  The song is based on the song “, Oración,” which was performed by Shinji Miyazaki. The original song was the instrumental insert song for the Pokemon: The Rise of Darkrai film that was released in 2007.   Pokémon theRead More


Pokémon Sun & Moon Ash Hat Pikachu Distribution Announced

Japanese Pokémon fans will soon be in for a treat with the distribution of a special Ash Hat Pikachu for those who preorder tickets for the Pokémon the Movie 20: I Choose You! film. Theaters in Japan will also be giving out codes for the Pikashumium Z Z-Crystal,  which allows players to use Pikachu’s Z- Move called 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt. Pokémon: I Choose You! Film Announced

The next Pokémon film was announced during the recent airing of Oha Suta: The Super Kids Station show.  The title for the new film will be called “Pokémon: I Choose You!”  Those who have been following the anime since the beginning should remember that the title is based on the first episode of the anime series. Detective Pikachu Director Announced

Entertainment Weekly has recently reported that the director for the upcoming Detective Pikachu film has been confirmed.   Rob Letterman will be working as the director for the film at Legendary Entertainment and will work with script writer, Nicole Perlman along with Alex Hirsch.   The film will focus on the titular character, Detective Pikachu, who is the star of the currently Japanese exclusive game of the same name. The official Pokémon Youtube channel has recently updated with a new trailer for Pokémon Sun & Moon.  The latest trailer shows some of the previously revealed Pokémon in action and reveals the first look at Muk’s Alola Form.  Two new Pokémon species were also revealed. Pokémon Sun & Moon Corocoro Magazine Scans – New Evolutions & Alola Form Revealed

Recently new Corocoro magazine scans for Pokémon Sun & Moon have surfaced on the net, which reveal some brand new evolutions as well as a new Alola form. First, it has been revealed that Grimer will be receiving an Alola form.  According to Serebii, it’s form will be a Poison/ Dark type. Recently the first trailer for the  Pokemon Sun & Moon anime season was uploaded to Dailymotion.  This new trailer features the first look at Ash’s journey in the Alola region and some of the events that will happen during this season.  The Pokemon Sun & Moon anime series will premiere in Japan this November. 


Poke’mon Generations Online Mini Series Announced

The official Poke’mon Youtube channel has recently updated with a trailer for a brand new Poke’mon online miniseries.  The series will be streamed directly on the official Poke’mon Youtube channel and will run for around 3-5 minutes in the length.  The series will feature major events throughout the franchise as a part of the 20th anniversary of the franchise.   The series will be uploaded weekly until December 23.  The new animated series Pokémon Generations revisits each generation of the Pokémon video game series to shed new light on some timeless moments. Poke’mon Sun & Moon Anime Season Announced

Serebii has reported the details that was revealed in the recent Corocoro magazine  for the upcoming season for the Poke’mon anime series.    In the new season Ash will be heading to the Alola region where he will be receiving the Z-Ring.  He will eventually meet the Melemele Island Guardian, Tapu Koko. Throughout the season Ash will not be doing the typical journey to collect badges, but instead will be focusing on graduating a special Poke’mon related school. The season will premiere in Japan this November on TV Tokyo and it’s affiliates.
