The Digital Spy has revealed that a third season for the Castlevania animated series is in the works. Over the weeked, Warren Ellis, writer and editor for the Netflix Castlevania animated series, has announced that the second season will premiere on the platform this Summer. As reported earlier last year the season is stated to be consisted of 8 episodes. Currently no other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates. Deadline has reported that Netflix has renewed the Castlevania animated series for a second season. With the series debuting on the service today it is nice to see that the project will be continuing into it’s second season. While the first season is consisted of four episodes the second season will be longer at eight episodes. No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.
Netflix has revealed both the English and Japanese voice cast for the upcoming Netflix exclusive Castlevania animated series. The cast consists of: Graham McTavish : Dracula Richard Armitage : Trevor Belmont James Callis : Alucard Alejandra Reynoso : Sypha Belnades Emily Swallow : Lisa Tepes Matt Frewer : The Bishop Tony Amendola : The Elder The confirmed Japanese cast includes Naoya Uchida as Dracula, Okiayu Ryotaro as Trevor Belmont, Shinichiro Miki as Alucard, and Ayaka Shimoyada as Sypha Belnades. The Castlevania Netflix series will launch on the service this Friday.
