Transformers Legends LG-EX Grand Maximus & LG-EX Greatshot Revealed

The official Takara Tomy website has updated with the reveal of the next Transformers Legends LG-EX releases.  The new two releases are LG-EX Grand Maximus and LG-EX Greatshot.  Those who are unaware both characters made their debut appearance in the second season of the Japanese Transformers G1 trilogy, Super God Masterforce. LG-EX Grand Maximus will be released next March priced at 25,000 Yen and it seems that if there are more than 3,000 orders than they will also release it with a bonus pretender shell. LG-EX Greatshot is set to release next March priced at 8,500 Yen.

Official Images: Transformers Encore God Fire Convoy

Official Images: Transformers Legends LG – EX Metroplex

Takara Tomy has recently revealed that they will be reissuing Transformers Generations Metroplex.  Transformers Legends LG – EX Metroplex will include all the contents of the previous release and is set to be released in January 2018 priced at 27,000 Yen.  The figure will include: Scamper Large Blasters X 2 Blaster X 2 The original Japanese version of Metroplex was released by Takara Tomy in 2013 so it is great to see the figure get reissued to go alongside Trypticon.

Official Images: MP-40 Targetmaster Hot Rodimus

Recently images of the upcoming Transformers MP-40 Targetmaster Hot Rodimus aka Hot Rod have surfaced online.  The new images feature that the latest version of the character will feature a new paint scheme along with his Targetmaster Firebolt.  The figure will also feature a new slot that will allow Firebolt to be able to attach to his vehicular mode.  Transformers MP-40 Targetmaster Hot Rodimus will be released in February 2018.  


Official Images: Transformers Legends LG-EX God Ginrai Giftset

The official Takara Tomy Mall website has updated with new official images of the Transformers Legends LG-EX God Ginrai Giftset. The set will include Ginrai that will feature clear windows and a chromed version of God Bomber. The set will also include both Cab and Minerva titan masters and a chromed version of Ginrai’s katana blade. The giftset will be released this November priced at 17,280 Yen and will be sold exclusively at the Takara Tomy Mall.     


Beyblade Burst: Evolution Teletoon Premiere Date Announced

Thanks to the recent issue of TFE Licensing, the Canadian premiere date of the second season of Beyblade Burst has been announced. It has been revealed that the second season of the series titled “, Beyblade Burst: Evolution will premiere on Teletoon on May 23.  For those who aren’t the second season of the series is known in Japan as Beyblade Burst God, which aired in Japan earlier this April.  


Transformers Masterpiece Sunstreaker Revealed

Recently new Figure-oh scans have surfaced online, which reveal the new Transformers Masterpiece figure that will be released by Takara Tomy.  The next Masterpiece figure will be Sunstreaker. While the figure is pretty close in design to Masterpiece Sidewipe (for obvious reasons), it will feature a brand new transformation scheme. The scans also reveal that he will include Chip Chase, several weapons, and the mask he wore during the episode “, Hoist Goes Hollywood,” from the original Transformers series.  Currently no other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.  


Beyblade Burst God Anime Season Announced

The official website for the Beyblade Burst anime series has updated with the announcement of the premiere details for the next season of the series. The second season of Beyblade Burst will be called “, Beyblade Burst God,” and will premiere on TV Tokyo on April 3.    Beyblade Burst God will be directed by Kentaro Yamaguchi in place of Katsuhito Akiyama, however he will stay on the show as the series’ chief director.   Hideki Sonoda and Toshiaki Ohashi will return as the the series composer and character designer respectively. The sound effects director for the series will be Hiroki Matsuoka and Zain Effendi will be working as the music composer. MP-38 Beast Wars Supreme Commander Optimus Primal Announced

The Dengeki Hobby website has updated with the announcement of the next Transformers Masterpiece release.  The next release in the line will be MP-38 Beast Wars Supreme Commander Optimus Primal. Unlike the previous version of Masterpiece Optimus Primal, this version is based on his appearance in “Beast Wars II Super Robot Life Transformer Convoy The Crisis!”  MP-38 Beast Wars Supreme Commander Optimus Primal will be released on June 16 priced at 12,960 Yen.  The figure will include: Skull Flail Cyber Blades Double Blade Beast Face Robot Face Beast Mask Weapon Rack Character Card  


Daisuki to Stream Beyblade Burst, Beyblade, Beyblade: V-Force, & Beyblade G-Revolution

Daisuki Entertainment has announced that are currently streaming Beyblade Burst on their streaming service.  The episodes will feature the original Japanese audio with English subtitles and the first episode is currently available for premium members in the United States. The company has also announced they will be streaming the English Dubbed episodes for the original three Beyblade series,  Beyblade, Beyblade: V-Force, and Beyblade G-Revolution.  The series will launch on the service one at a time and the first 10 episodes of the original series are currently available.  


Beyblade Burst to Premiere On Disney XD on December 19

Disney XD has posted a trailer for the international airing for Beyblade Burst, which reveals the premiere date on the channel. The series will premiere on Disney XD starting December 19.   For two weeks new episodes will premiere Monday-Saturday at 9 AM EST.  After December 31st, the series will migrate to its standard air time on Saturdays at 8:30 AM EST.  The Beyblade Burst Premiere is beyond belief with a brand new episode every day for two weeks! It all starts Monday, December 19 at 9A on Disney XD!
