Legendary Voltron Season 5 Premiere Date Announced

The official Legendary Defender Instagram page has revealed that season 5 of the series will be launching on Netflix on March 2.   For those who haven’t been following the series, the fourth season launched on the platform on October 13, 2017, so it has been some time since the last season was released.  Currently no other details such as episode count have been confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates. Netflix Castlevania Series’ Second Season Premiere Date Announced

Over the weeked, Warren Ellis, writer and editor for the Netflix Castlevania animated series, has announced that the second season will premiere on the platform this Summer.  As reported earlier last year the season is stated to be consisted of 8 episodes.  Currently no other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates. Devilman Crybaby – “My Name is Devilman!” Trailer Streamed

Netflix Japan has updated their official Youtube channel with another trailer for Devilman Crybaby. According to ANN, the text featured in the video translates as “Who are you?,” with Devilman responding with, “My Name is Devilman!”  Devilman Crybaby will be available on Netflix worldwide on January 5 and is currently set at 10 episodes.  The series will be available in 190 countries and territories with seven different Dub tracks and 23 subtitle languages.  The Dub tracks include: English, French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, standard Spanish, and Castilian Spanish.  


Devilman Crybaby 30 Second PV Streamed

The official Japanese Netflix Youtube channel has updated with a new 30 second preview for Devilman Crybaby.    Devilman Crybaby will be available on Netflix worldwide on January and is currently set at 10 episodes.  The series will be available in 190 countries and territories with seven different Dub tracks and 23 subtitle languages.  The Dub tracks include: English, French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, standard Spanish, and Castilian Spanish.  


She-Ra Netflix Original Series Announced

The Nerdist has reported that several Netflix Original Series by Dreamworks TV are in the works.  Among the announced releases includes a reboot of She-Ra.   Noelle Stevenson will be working as the showrunner for the series. Netflix Japan has posted a new trailer for Devilman Crybaby. The latest trailer features a preview of the anime’s theme song titled,“Devilman’s Song (Devilman no Uta),” which is performed by Avu-Chan.  For those who have been following the casting Avu-Chan is also the voice of Devil King Zenon in the series. New Devilman Crybaby Trailer Streamed

DreamWorks Voltron VR Chronicles Game Announced

The official Playstation Youtube channel has updated with an announcement trailer for the DreamWorks Voltron VR Chronicles video game.  As the title suggests the game will be exclusive to the Playstation VR and will be based on the Netflix original series, “Voltron Legendary Defender.” DreamWorks Voltron VR Chronicles will be released on September 26. Netflix Japan has posted a new trailer the new Netflix exclusive Devilman Crybaby anime series.  The series is set to run for 10 episodes and will premiere next Spring. The series will be available in 190 countries/ territories and will feature nine dub tracks along with 25 subtitle languages. Saint Seiya CG Remake Series Announced For Netflix

Cinema Today has reported that a new CG remake of the original “Saint Seiya” series in the works. The series is currently tilted, “Knights of the Zodiac: Saint Seiya, ” and will stream exclusively as a Netflix original series. The series will cover the “Galaxy War Arc” and will continue up the “Silver Saint Arc.”  Each episode will run for 30 minutes and the series will consist of 12 episodes.  The series will be directed by Yoshiharu Asui and will be produced by Toei Animation. Netflix Renews Castlevania’ Animated Series For Second Season

Deadline has reported that Netflix has renewed the Castlevania animated series for a second season.  With the series debuting on the service today it is nice to see that the project will be continuing into it’s second season.  While the first season is consisted of four episodes the second season will be longer at eight episodes. No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.
