Live-Action Masters of the Universe Film Eyeing 2021 Release

Deadline has reported that the upcoming live-action Masters of the Universe film is set to premiere in theaters on March 5, 2021. As reported in 2017 the film was initially slated for a December 18, 2019 release date, however expectantly the film has been delayed. Also reported earlier it was revealed that Noah Centineo would be portraying He-Man in the film, which has since been confirmed. Art Marcum and Matt Holloway will work as the screenplay writers on the project. Adam and Aaron Nee will be directed the film at Sony Pictures. Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal and Steve Tisch will be the producers on the project. Robert Pattinson in Talks to Play Batman in Matt Reeve’s “Batman” Film

Variety has reported that Robert Pattinson (Twilight) is in talks to play Batman in Matt Reeve’s upcoming film based on the character.  Matt Reeves will be directing the film and he will also be producing the film alongside Dylan Clark. The CW recently updated their official Youtube channel with the full trailer for the upcoming Batwoman series. The latest trailer features a closer look at the series’ setting as well as taking a look at several of the characters. James Wan-Produced ‘Mortal Kombat’ Movie Greenlit

Variety has reported that the new live-action film based on the Mortal Kombat game franchise is set to begin pre-production this month in Australia. James Wan will be producing the film at New Line Cinema. The news was confirmed by Steven Marshall, premier of South Australia. Earlier this February it was reported that Game of Thrones creators, David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, were confirmed to work on some upcoming Star Wars projects. “Captain Marvel” Home Video Release Date Announced

Marvel Studios has recently updated their official twitter page with the home video announcement for Captain Marvel. The film will first be available digitally on May 28 and will be released on Blu-ray / DVD on June 11.  Marvel Studios provided a description for the film. The Hollywood Reporter has reported about Walt Disney’s film schedule for 2022 and on. Among the scheduled projects are the next three films in the Star Wars franchise. Marvel Entertainment has announced that two new live-action productions based on Marvel’s Ghost Rider and Marvel’s Helstrom are on their way to Hulu.
