The official Godzilla anime film website has updated with the announcement that the Godzilla Project Mechagodzilla novel will be released in Japan on April 25. The novel will continue the events featured in the previous prequel novel that was released on October 25 last year. As reported last December, the film will feature Godzilla Earth fighting against Mechagodzilla. The sequel titled, “Godzilla – Decisive Battle: Mobile Breeder City,” is set to premiere in Japan on May 18 and will also later be available on Netflix worldwide.
