Dragon Ball Super Anime Film Teaser Streamed

Toei has updated their official Twitter page with a teaser for the upcoming Dragon Ball Super film. The teaser features Goku getting ready to fight off a mysterious foe. No other details about the film are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates. The Dragon Ball Super film is set to premiere in Japan on Friday, December 14. Dragon Ball Super Anime Film Details Revealed

The official Dragon Ball Super anime film website has updated with some minor details about the upcoming 20th Dragon Ball film.  First, some production cast members were revealed for the project. The confirmed production team consists of: Akira Toriyama: Character Designer Tatsuya Nagamine: Director Naohiro Shintani: Animation Director Kazuo Ogura: Art Director Next, a new official visual was revealed.   Masako Nozawa will return to reprise her role as the main titular hero, Goku, however no other cast members were revealed at this time. Illumination Entertainment to Produce Super Mario Film

Last November it was revealed that Illumination Entertainment was in talks to produce a film based on the Super Mario franchise.  Today Nintendo announced that they have partnered up with the company and the producers for the film will be Chris Meledandri, founder of Illumination Entertainment, and Shigeru Miyamato.   The film will be distributed worldwide by Universal Pictures and will be co-funding by the company and Nintendo. No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.  


Garo: Crimson Moon Anime Film Announced

The official Garo website has announced that a film for the Garo: Crimson Moon anime series. Currently no other details are confirmed at this time due to the project being early in development.  For those who are unaware, Garo: Crimson Moon is the second anime series based on the Garo Tokusatsu franchise.  The series premiered in 2015 and was licensed by Funimation Entertainment in North America for both home video and for streaming. Eriq La Salle Joins The Cast of Wolverine 3

Coming at you with some casting news. A huge thanks to Variety for getting the news. We’ve learned that Eriq La Salle has joined the cast of Wolverine 3. Right now we have no details as to who he is playing in this upcoming film. I have to say that this movie has a very strong cast for a superhero film.
