SDCC 2017: Big Hero 6 The Series First Look

IGN has posted a clip for the upcoming Big Hero 6 animated series that was shown at San Diego Comic Con 2017.  The clip features Bay Max and Hiro fighting off against several booby traps.  The Big Hero 6 animated series will premiere on Disney XD this Fall. Personally I think the animation looks alright, but it does look rough around the edges.  Hopefully things will improve when the series airs later this year. Source: IGN

Toyark has posted photos of the Hasbro Star Wars display booth at San Diego Comic Con 2017.  Hasbro has revealed several new figures that will be released in the basic 3.75 Inch toyline. Big Hero 6: The Series Intro Streamed

Disney XD has updated their official Youtube channel with the intro for the Big Hero 6 animated series.  Unlike the film that was released in 2014, the series will be mostly 2D animated.  The Big Hero 6 animated series will premiere on Disney XD this Fall.


D23 Expo News: Kingdom Hearts III Trailer Streamed

Square Enix Japan has updated their official Youtube channel with a new trailer for Kingdom Hearts III. The trailer was first shown during the D23 Expo and it features another look at the battle mechanics of the game.  The trailer also features a look at a new world that will be introduced in the game.  Sora, Goofy, and Donald will be venturing into the world of Toy Story, which will be quite interesting to see in game.  Kingdom Hearts III is set to release for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One in 2018.


Marvel’s Spider-Man Cast Revealed

Recently new casting details from Marvel’s Spider-Man have been reveled at this year’s D23 Expo.  Ryan Penagos, Vice President & Executive Editor of Marvel Entertainment Digital Media posted slides from the event on his official Twitter page.  The series will premiere on Disney XD on at 7 A.M. with a big hour premiere on August 19. Ron Howard to Direct Han Solo Film

Lucasfilm has recently announced the Ron Howard will be taking directorial duties for the Han Solo standalone film. E3 2017: Kingdom Hearts III Trailer Streamed

Yesterday, the official Kingdom Hearts Youtube channel updated with a new trailer for Kingdom Hearts III. The trailer was first shown at E3 2017 and features some new footage.  The latest trailer takes another look at the fighting system in the game as well as a quick preview of Olympus.  Another trailer will be shown during D3 Expo 2017 on July 15.   


Tokyo Toy Show 2017: S.H.Figuarts Kingdom Hearts Reveals

Yesterday at Tokyo Toy Show 2017, some brand new S.H.Figuarts were revealed based on the Kingdom Hearts franchise.  All the figures revealed are based on their Kingdom Hearts II appearances. Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi Vanity Fair Covers Revealed

The official Vanity Fair magazine website has updated with the reveal of four new magazine covers that feature Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi. The covers feature several of the new outfits for the returning cast including a first full look at Rose, played by Kelly Marie Tran.  Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi will premiere in theaters on December, 15, 2017.    Personally I think that Vanity did a great tribute to Carrie Fisher and I hope she has a great final role in the upcoming film.   


Lin-Manuel Miranda Cast As Gizmoduck In Ducktales Reboot

The official Ducktales twitter page has updated with the reveal that Lin-Manuel Miranda will be portraying Fenton Crackshell aka Gizmoduck in the upcoming Ductakles reboot.  For those who aren’t aware Hamilton Camp portrayed Gizmoduck in the original series so Gizmoduck is another role that will be switched up for the reboot.  The Ducktales reboot is set to premiere on Disney XD later this Summer.
