Earlier this morning, Bandai Namco released the trailer for their upcoming Super Hero based Tactical Role Playing Game Chroma Squad. For those who don’t remember Chroma Squad, it was a PC-based fighter game that was crowdfunded by Behold Studios. The original version was released back in 2015 and due to its popularity, It was picked up my a major game developer to be part of the Next-Gen gamers line up.
Bandai Namco has announced that they will be bringing the Chroma Squad video game to the Playstation 4 and Xbox One this May. The game originally launched on PCs in April 2015. Sadly it is has been confirmed that the PSVita version of the game has been cancelled, but it is nice to see that the game will be launching on the current gen consoles in the near future. Bandai Namco Entertainment has recently announced that they will be porting the Chroma Squad video game to home consoles. The game was a fan funded game inspired by Tokusatsu heroes (specifically Super Sentai and Power Rangers). Chroma Squad features a tactical RPG that follows a team of stunt actors who previously quit their jobs in order to start their own Tokusatsu company. The team gets some assistance from a strange object known at the “Cerebro. The game will be released on the Playstation 4, Xbox One, PSVita, and PC in early 2017.
