Otakon 2017: Sailor Moon SuperS Amazon Trio English Dub Cast Revealed

Over the weekend, Viz Media has announced some new English dub cast members for Sailor Moon SuperS during the Sailor Moon panel at Otakon 2017.  The latest cast reveals are the dub voices for the Amazon trio.   The new cast members include: John Eric: Tiger’s Eye Michael Yurchak: Hawk’s Eye Erik Scott Kimerer: Fish’s Eye  


Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower Trailer Streamed

The official Bandai Channel Youtube channel has updated with a trailer for Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower. The trailer reveals that Bandit Flower will have a a simultaneous global release on November 18.  For those who are unaware Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower is a compilation film for the second season of the anime. Otakon 2017 – Discotek Media to Release Cyborg 009: The Cyborg Soldier

Over the weekend Otakon 2017 was held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. At the convention Discotek Media held a panel featuring several new releases.  Among the releases the company announced that they will be releasing Cyborg 009: The Cyber Soldier on Blu-ray and DVD. More Godzilla Monster Planet Voice Actors Revealed

Recently new voice cast members for the Godzilla Monster Planet film have been announced.  For those who are unaware Godzilla Monster Planet is an upcoming 3DCG anime film produced by Polygon Pictures that will be the first part in a trilogy of films. New My Hero Academia Cast Members Revealed

The latest combined issue of the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine has revealed that three new cast members will be joining the second season of the My Hero Academia anime series.  The characters that will be introduced soon in the second season of the anime are anime exclusive characters.  The characters will join the show in the episode that will premiere on August 12. Netflix Japan has posted a new trailer the new Netflix exclusive Devilman Crybaby anime series.  The series is set to run for 10 episodes and will premiere next Spring. The series will be available in 190 countries/ territories and will feature nine dub tracks along with 25 subtitle languages. Saint Seiya CG Remake Series Announced For Netflix

Cinema Today has reported that a new CG remake of the original “Saint Seiya” series in the works. The series is currently tilted, “Knights of the Zodiac: Saint Seiya, ” and will stream exclusively as a Netflix original series. The series will cover the “Galaxy War Arc” and will continue up the “Silver Saint Arc.”  Each episode will run for 30 minutes and the series will consist of 12 episodes.  The series will be directed by Yoshiharu Asui and will be produced by Toei Animation. Aniplex of America has announced that they will be hosting a 10th Anniversary event for the Gurren Lagann franchise at Otakon 2017 that will be held in Washington D.C.
