Anime Expo 2018: Live-Action Gundam Film Announced

ANN has recently reported about their coverage at the Sunrise panel at Anime Expo 2018, which revealed that Yasuo Miyakawa, Sunrise’s president and CEO, has recently announced that a live-action adaptation of the Gundam franchise is in the works. Bandai America has updated their official Twitter page with an announcement for their exclusives at Anime Expo 2018. Fans will be able to purchase the Dragon Stars Exclusive Saiyan Evolution 3-Pack priced at $80 and the Golden Frieza Edition Scouter priced at $50.  The Dragon Stars Exclusive Saiyan Evolution 3-Pack includes alternate versions of base Goku (with Whis Symbol) and SS Blue Goku as well as a brand new SS God Goku figure. Both items will be available at the FUNimation booth (#3000) at the convention. Anime Expo to Host World Premiere of SSSS.Gridman Anime

Anime Expo has announced that they will be hosting the world premiere of the SSSS.Gridman anime series with the creators, Shigeto Koyama and Hiromi Wakabaysahi, as the hosts for the event. Masaru Sakamoto (Animation/ Character Designer) and Masato Takeuchi (Animation Producer) will also be featured hosts during the Q&A session during the SSSS.
