Kamen Rider Genm Spin-Off Specials Announced
Toei has confirmed that they will be spin-off specials for Kamen Rider Genm. The company also released a trailer for the specials on their official Youtube channel, however it is blocked for viewers outside of Japan. Luckily the trailer has been mirrored on another Youtube channel.
The spin-off specials will feature Kamen Rider Genm who will create a trap for the riders in the form of the Forbidden Battle Game. The tagline for the specials will be “Can they beat the game with no continues?”
The specials will be split into three parts with the first two being available on Youtube. The final part will be released on DVD in April 2017 and will include the DX Taiko no Tasujin Gashat.
The first part will be called “, Kamen Rider Genm: Part 1 Legend Rider Stage.” It will feature Kamen Rider EX-Aid along with his forms Kamen Rider EX-Aid Drive Gamer and Gaim Gamer. It will also feature Kamen Rider Genm’s alternate form, Kamen Rider Genm Wizard Gamer. The first part will debut on January 13. 2017.
Part two will be titled “, Kamen Rider Genm: Part 2 Legend Gamer Stage.” The second part will feature forms based on several of Bandai Namco’s gaming franchises. Part two will premiere on February 24, 2017.
The forms will include:
- Kamen Rider Ex-Aid : Pac-Man
- Kamen Rider Brave : Family Stadium (Famista)
- Kamen Rider Snipe : Xevious
Lastly, part three will be called “, Kamen Rider Genm: Part 3 Final Legend Stage.” The final part will feature Ex-Aid getting a form based on Taiko no Tatsujin while Genm will be getting a form based on Kamen Rider Battle: Ganbarizing.
