Official Images: Marvel Legends Venom Wave

Hasbro has recently released official images for the upcoming Marvel Legends Venom Wave. While many of the figures in this wave were initially revealed at New York Toy Fair 2018, the latest set of images reveal the final figure of the wave as well as a first look at the Build-a-figure, Monster Venom.  The Marvel Legends Venom Wave is set to release this Fall.  The wave will include: Venom Carnage Poison Scream Spider-Ham Typhoid Mary Monster Venom  


Soulcalibur VI – Maxi Reveal Trailer Streamed

Bandai Namco Entertainment America has updated their official Youtube channel with a new character reveal trailer for Soulcalibur VI. The latest trailer features a look at Maxi, who is another veteran character. Longtime fans of the Soul series of games should recognize Maxi as he has appeared in most of the titles in the game series since the first Soul Calibur game in 1999. Soul Calibur VI will be released for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2018.


James Marsden to Star in Live-Action ‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ Film

Variety has reported that James Marsden will be starring in the upcoming live-action film adaptation of the Sonic the Hedgehog video game franchise. Currently his role is unknown as the film is still early in development. Attack on Titan Season 3 Worldwide Premiere Announced

FUNimation Entertainment has announced that the Attack on Titan Season 2 recap film will be screened as apart of a two night event at North American & Canadian theaters.  The film will also be accompanied by the worldwide premiere of the first episode of the third season of series just before it airs in Japanese television on July 22. Batman Ninja Manga Adaptation Announced

ANN has recently reported that the Batman Ninja film will be receiving a manga adaptation by Masato Hisa.  The manga will be published in the July issue of the Monthly Hero magazine in Japan this Friday.  For those who are unaware the manga is based on the direct to home video Batman Ninja animated film that was released on May 8. LEGO DC Super-Villains Announcement Trailer Streamed

The official Lego Youtube channel has updated with a reveal trailer for the LEGO DC Super-Villains video game. The game is exciting to see specially since the last standalone Lego video game based on the property was Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham in 2014. The official Pokémon Youtube channel has updated with the reveal trailer for the next game(s) in the series. The latest games in the Pokémon franchise will be known as Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!   Looking at the trailer it seems the game will be based in Kanto, so longtime Pokémon will most likely be familiar with the locale outside potential changes. New Gundam Breaker Third Game Trailer Streamed

Bandai Namco Entertainment has recently updated their official Youtube channel with a new trailer for New Gundam Breaker. The latest trailer features Kamille, Fa, Emma, and Reccoa from Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam.  The trailer also features the game’s theme song, “Snatchaway,” performed by SKY-HI. New Gundam Breaker is set to release worldwide for the Playstation 4 and Steam on June 22. The game will first launch in Japan on June 21 in Japan.

My Hero Academia Film Visual Revealed

Over the weekend, the official My Hero Academia film website updated with a new visual for the film. The latest features a look at Melissa and Devitt, who are two new characters that will make a debut appearance in the film. Mirai Shida will be voicing Melissa, who is a “quirkless girl,” and meets Deku on I Island. Her friend’s father, Devitt, will be voiced by Katushisa Namase. Devitt is a scientist who specializes in creating support items for heroes and was a friend of All Might when they were younger. Melissa tries her best to follow in Devitt’s footsteps. The official Godzilla anime trilogy website has updated with details for the last Godzilla anime film in the trilogy. The film will be titled, “Godzilla: The Star-Eater (Godzilla: Hoshi Kū Mono),” and is set to premiere in Japan this November.  The official website also revealed a new teaser visual for the film. Gundam Build Divers Break Spin-off Manga Announced

The recent issue of the Gundam Ace magazine has revealed that Gundam Build Divers will be receiving a new spin-off manga series based titled, Gundam Build Divers Break.  The spin-off manga will be published in the August issue of the magazine, which will be released on June 26.  Ryōji Sekinishi will be in charge of the scenario for the manga and Kazuhiro Hara will be serving as the character designer. Takayuki Yanase and Kanetake Ebigawa will be working as the mecha designers while Gensui Shiitake will be working as the illustrator.
