The Hollywood Reporter has recently reported that Paramount’s live-action film adaptation of the Sonic the Hedgehog video game franchise is currently set for a November, 15, 2019 release date. As reported earlier, the production team consists of: Jeff Fowler – Director Tim Miller, Toby Ascher – Executive Producers Neal H. Moritz, Takeshi Ito, Mie Onishi – Producers Dmitiri Johnson, Dan Jevons – Co-producers Andrea Gianetti – Overseer Patrick Case, Josh Miller – Script writers Paramount Pictures, Marza Animation Planet – Production studios No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.
Entertainment Weekly has reported that April Bowlby is joining the cast of DC’s Titans live-action series. She will be portraying Rita Farr, also known as the Doom Patrol’s Elasti-Girl. Those who aren’t familiar with the character from the comics, Rita Farr was once a Hollywood star that was later exposed to toxic gas, which modified her cell structure. The official Star Wars website has updated with the home video release details for Star Wars VIII: The Last Jedi. The film will first be released digitally on March 13 and will be released later on Blu-ray/4K Ultra HD/DVD, on March 27. It was revealed in the recent issue of the V Jump magazine that Kimeru will be performing the next opening theme for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains anime series. The upcoming theme titled, “go forward,” will debut in April. Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains is currently streaming on Crunchyroll with new episodes being simulcast every Wednesday.
